Resort Condominiums

Limited to 4 flours and one level of parking, to ensure that each resident can enjoy the beauty and tranquility of Isla Moín. They range in size from 1 bedrooms units that are approximately 725 sq.ft. with 128 sq.ft. of terraces to 4 bedrooms units that are approximately 2900 sq.ft. with 766 of terraces. All of the units come with beautiful garden, riverfront or oceanfront views and all are appointed with the finest finishes.

Beach and Waterfront Villas

These lovely and quant two-story villas offer 2500 sq.ft. of living space and 1100 sq.ft. of terraces. Each villa comes with a room-sized roof terrace with either stunning beach or water views. All units are located either on the beach or on the first canal. The waterfront villas are available with private boat slips at an additional discounted charge. Los Miradores Residences

Located in the heart of Isla Moín, Los Miradores Residences offer spacious two to four bedroom units. Waterfront Estates

Over 100 custom-designed Waterfront Estates Homes will be available with canal frontage. Most of the estates homes will have 115-210 feet of deep-water frontage and are designed to provide each homeowner with a boat slip that can accommodate vessels with up to 12-foot draft. Larger vessels will be accommodated at Isla Moín´s Village. Home sites average 17,000 sq.ft and will accommodate a home from 3,766 to a maximum of 6,800 sq.ft. depending on the selection.


External Marina Village

Isla Moín's Marina Village will accommodate over 275 vessels with a state-of-the-art marina. Yachts up to 250 feet with a draft of up to 18 feet will be accommodated. Internal Marinas

The Internal Marinas will accommodate over 200 vessels with the same amenities as the Marina Village. Yachts with a draft of up to 12 feet and up to 150 feet in certain locations can be accommodated. Yachters will be to know that CR has never experiences a direct hurricane in over 150 years of recorded history and is therefore a natural haven for yachters escaping the dangers of hurricanes.
