About La Estancia
La Estancia is a single family, luxury home, gated condominium community under development by Novoline S.A. proximate to Herradura Bay on the mid Pacific coastal region of Costa Rica. When completed there will be 38 houses on a total of 5 hectares. Property Management Services

Casa Descanso

•    The largest of La Estancia’s models, has 390 square meters (approximately 4,200 square feet) on two levels. This is truly an extraordinary home for the tropics.

Location
La Estancia is located in Herradura Village in the municipality of Garabito. Herradura has a permanent population of approximately 1,000. 300 meters past the La Estancia gate is the principal entrance to the incomparable Los Suenos Marina and Resort which has approximately 360 luxury condominium units in multi unit buildings and 30-40 ultra luxury single family homes. Marriot Hotel International is located within the Los Sueños resort, at a walking distance from La Estancia. A public access championship golf course starts at the Marriott Hotel and wanders through the Los Sueños residential community.

Starwood Hotels announced in May 2006 that its St. Regis luxury hotel group is building a 200 room hotel adjacent to Los Sueños with 100 full hotel service private ownership luxury villas in the complex. Los Sueños Marina, 2 kilometers from La Estancia, is one of the largest sport fishing yacht marina on the Pacific Coast of the Americas south of Mexico. There are many yachts available for charter.

Jaco is approximately 10 kilometers south of La Estancia. Auto Mercado, one of the largest grocery retailers in Costa Rica, opened a new store in a shopping plaza 1.2 kilometer from La Estancia’s entrance. Herradura Bay beach is a gentle tropical beach-2.3 kilometers long- with palm trees almost to the water. The beach is within walking distance of La Estancia’s gate.
